I was the unfortunate victim of a car accident, but luckily I was able to leave the aftermath of that incident behind me once I took my car to be serviced by La Habra Collision and Glass. I had the great opportunity of working with Eli, who took all the guess work out and was constantly and consistently calling me with updates about my car repair and explaining every detail of the paperwork in a clear concise manner. He was the perfect liaison and took care of all the work with the insurance company and setting up the car rental so I would have transportation while my car was in the shop. I also got the chance to meet Cynthia, who was so welcoming and accommodating upon my arrival by offering me water and coffee and personally driving me to pick up my rental car. Of course, all of this was made possible by owner Dennis, who truly worked with me and went above and beyond the call of duty to provide me with a fabulous repair end result. La Habra Collision and Glass did an amazing job replacing my door, flawlessly painting and blending it to match the rest of my car, and tinting all of my windows which turned out even better than my original tint job! I couldn't believe the caliber of the work and my car looked absolutely brand new. Most importantly, everyone was so personable and had a great attitude, and there are no questions about who I would recommend if I am ever asked where someone should take their vehicle if they need any form of repair or glass work done. Take a satisfied customer's word for it, "You will not be disappointed!"

I have had body work done on my 1987 Toyota Camry on three different occasions at La Habra Collision & Glass Center. The quality of the work product has been excellent. The office staff has treated me in a manner that has earned my highest respect. They have kept all appointments on time. They have explained the necessity of all repairs and kept me informed about the progress of the work being done. Above all, they have treated me courteously during the time my car was being repaired. They drove me to my home so that there was no waiting in their office. I was treated as if my comfort was important to them. I very seldom give a superior rating a body shop, but I certainly give that rating to La Habra Collision & Glass Center. Cinthya and Kevin have made me a satisfied and permanent customer”.

What a great experience! Quality customer service is a thing of the past, but not at La Habra Collision & Glass Center. We were treated with courtesy and respect. They took all our special needs into consideration, and when they said it would be done, it was. They kept us informed every step of the way. Their price was reasonable and their work is excellent.
